Evaluations constitute a crucial instrument of Quality Management. Evaluations provide orientation, import orientation from the outside, they document processes and actions. What are the causes somethings work effectively and other things don´t work at all ? – We offer you consultancy from the outset of the planning period in order to communicate the fundamental basics as required by your Monitoring and Evaluation System.
The purpose of evaluation is to increase the effectiveness of your project. The early capturing of the changes and effects of the course of the project, is advantageous, as well as to detect the scope of organizing and to question its impacts.
We evaluate projects, programs and single activities in all process periods, i.e. ex-ante, mid-term/ongoing and ex-post. We offer consultancy according to customer specific “reporting”, as part of the intern quality management and also for the purpose of extern presentation.
In the run-up to a certification evaluations achieve a significant level of background knowledge.We evaluate on the basis of international approved standards and methods. Besides we provide with IV-Eval a reliable and actor-sorting program for the evaluation of international volunteering.
